Timely follow-up with clients to ensure referral business. Assists the department manager to meet and ensure departmental objectives of the dealership's annual budget and achieve the departmental goals of the business plan; Provides and ensures exceptional customer service in the vehicle department, maintaining a personal customer satisfaction rating from the manufacturer at or above the company standard; Provides insight and ideas to the department in order to maintain a sustained, competitive advantage; Turn over 100 percent of closed transactions to Business Manager along with properly completed paperwork (insurance information, trade title, etc.). Writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with established dealership policies. Prepares sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival and perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles. Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork. Knows and understands the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail automobile sales. Sells/leases and delivers a minimum number of units as defined in the dealership sales pay plan. Attends product and sales training courses as requested by sales manager. Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers. Knows and understands equity and values, and is able to explain depreciation to the customer. Follows up on all post-delivery items, tag/title work and special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met. Reviews and analyzes actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively (CRM). Assists with snow removal. Moves/arranges vehicles on lot. Assure that keys and dealer plates are properly maintained to prevent loss or theft. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly attitude Flexible schedule to cover store hours including some weekends & evenings. Strong computer aptitude and organizational skills. Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements Join our team today!
