We are offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new Design Consultants who are part of the Boston market. Terms are as follows: $1500 will be paid out after 30 days and an additional $1,500 will be paid after 60 days of service and good-standing and active employment with 3 Day Blinds. * ?Inter/intra-department, Company transfers, and re-hires will not be considered new and therefore not eligible for any sign-on bonus. 3 Day Blinds reserves the right to alter or terminate this program at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Move to the front of the line What's in it for you? - We offer a generous uncapped compensation plan and bi-weekly draw while you ramp up your expertise. - You will be provided with quality company generated appointments and are greatly rewarded for self-generated appointments as part of our lucrative monthly bonus plan. - Design Consultants at 3 Day Blinds are earning a nationwide average of $80,000-90,000 annually in commission and bonus. The District Sales Manager can speak more directly to you about the territory’s historical earning potential, but the biggest variable in the equation will be you. - You’ll receive 4-weeks of paid, world class training and be provided with state-of-the-art tools, including a laptop, smartphone, product samples, and other resources necessary for your success.
