Job Description Job Description Provide overall leadership and direction for the Quality Control laboratory Oversee a team of approximately 12–13 staff (Lab Supervisor ~10 Chemists) Ensure all finished products, raw materials, and in-process samples are tested accurately and on time Maintain accountability, prioritization, and urgency within the QC function Serve as the technical escalation point for laboratory issues and troubleshooting Review, approve, and improve analytical methods, protocols, and validation activities Lead method transfers, method validations, and investigations Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and internal quality standards Drive continuous improvement in lab efficiency, compliance, and performance Partner closely with operations, QA, and leadership Other duties as needed. Qualifications 10 years of experience in a QC laboratory within generic pharmaceuticals- Needs to be in generic pharmaceuticals. Chemistry degree (BS required; MS preferred). Proven experience managing or leading a QC department or lab team. Strong, hands-on expertise with HPLC and other analytical instrumentation. Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and guide others. Deep knowledge of: Analytical methods Method transfer Method validation Protocols and documentation Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Brockton, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $140000.00/yr. Health, Vision, Dental, 401K Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Brockton,MA.
