LinkedIn . Job Description Key Responsibilities Design & conduct
critical experiments that further project goals. Implement & may
innovate new experimental protocols/techniques. Understand goals &
maintain a high proficiency in his/her projects & overall program.
Interpret results & draw conclusions from own multistage
experiments, note significant deviations, then suggest, design, &
pursue relevant experiments. Understand relevant scientific
literature & apply theoretical framework to solving problems within
scientific discipline in a timely manner. Perform routine & complex
tasks competently & independently & generate reliable & consistent
results. Impact projects mostly through lab &/or pilot
plant-based activities. Qualifications Education & Experience Must
have a Bachelors in biology, biotechnology, or biomedical
engineering or equivalent & 3 yearsof academic &/or industry
experience executingpharmaceutical drug development & pharmacology
of drugs. Of experience required, must have 3 years in each of the
following: preparing & delivering written & oral presentations to
peers, management & business stakeholders in a matrixed
organization; workingwith internal & external cross functional
teams; & executing & interpreting experiments that involve
molecular biology, including DNA/RNA/protein biochemistry & cell
biology, including cell culture technique & cellular imaging.
Alternatively, would accept a Masters in biology, biotechnology, or
biomedical engineering or equivalent &1 yearof academic
&/or industry experience executing pharmaceutical drug
development & pharmacology of drugs. Of experience required, must
have 1 year of each of (i), (ii), & (iii). Work experience may be
gained concurrently.Employer will accept combination of education,
training & work experience. Additional Information Salary Range:
$106,870.00 - $107,500.00 per year. Apply online at
