high-performing Technical Sales Executive with strong B2B sales
experience in the manufacturing or construction materials industry.
In this role, you’ll lead strategic sales efforts, build long-term
client relationships, and expand our presence in the U.S. market.
You’ll join a company with over 100 years of expertise in custom
coating and laminating solutions, serving clients across the
construction and footwear sectors. About the Company Our client is
a Euro-based private-label manufacturer trusted by global brands.
Key product areas include: ? Construction Products – Waterproofing
tapes, peel-and-stick membranes, sealants ? Textile Solutions –
Reinforcement tapes, elastics, technical coatings for footwear and
industrial use ? Materials Expertise – Laminating, bonding,
sealing, and polymer-based applications With operations in both the
U.S. and Europe, this company combines innovation, quality, and
deep industry knowledge. What You’ll Do ???? Develop New Business –
Prospect and close new accounts in manufacturing and construction
sectors ???? Manage Existing Clients – Strengthen relationships and
identify upsell opportunities ???? Lead Sales Strategy – Execute
targeted outreach and drive revenue growth ???? Attend Industry
Events – Represent the company at trade shows and client meetings
???? Collaborate Internally – Work with R&D, logistics, and
production teams to deliver solutions ???? Forecast Sales Activity
– Provide accurate reporting and market insights to leadership ????
Travel – Up to 60% within the U.S., with occasional trips to Europe
Qualifications What You Bring 8–10 years of B2B sales experience in
manufacturing, construction, or industrial materials Technical
knowledge of polymer coatings, sealants, waterproofing, textiles,
or laminates A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales
goals Excellent communication and negotiation skills (in-person and
remote) CRM and ERP system experience (plus Microsoft Office
proficiency) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related
field Willingness to travel 50–60% (primarily domestic) Base
Salary: $80,000–$110,000 Performance Bonus: Up to $10,000 Full
