seeking a new Field Sales Specialist to manage the New England
region —a territory with significant untapped business and exciting
growth potential. With the right person leading the charge, this

Do Sell a broad portfolio of HME products and services to existing
and prospective clients Identify new business opportunities and
drive strategic growth in your territory Negotiate contracts, close
deals, and provide post-sale support Maintain and expand
distribution of products and services Collaborate with senior sales
reps and leadership to maximize territory performance Deliver
exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships
Training & Support Our Sales Training Program is designed to set
you up for success. You’ll receive: Several weeks of structured
remote training with our Sales Training Team Field experience
alongside seasoned sales reps A dedicated mentor from your team An
additional mentor from outside your immediate team Ongoing support
from a collaborative, high-performing sales organization
Compensation. We believe in rewarding performance! Your Total
Target Cash (Base Sales Incentive) starts at $134,500 to $141,500
annually Uncapped sales incentive —your earning potential grows
with your success Lucrative New Business Bonuses —paid out for one
full calendar year post-sale Base salary reflects the investment in
training and development to ensure your success Auto Program:
Company vehicle or auto allowance ($668 monthly) Minimum
Requirements 4 years of relevant experience Must have a valid
driver's license and acceptable driving record Must have driving
history for a minimum of last 36 months Critical Skills Strong cold
calling and prospecting abilities Proven success in maintaining and
growing a customer base Consistent achievement of sales objectives
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Experience in
healthcare sales, especially Post-Acute Care, Home Health, Hospice,
DME/HME, or Wound Care Preferred Qualifications Experience in
healthcare distribution Bachelor’s degree in Business or related

aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be
compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay,
other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive

(TTC) Pay Range for this position: $131,100 - $218,500 Total Target
Cash (TTC) is defined as base pay plus target incentive. McKesson
