We seek a Sales Ordering Analyst responsible for entering, preparing, and analyzing data to aid the sales department as requested. Assists with order development, inventory management and order entry providing excellent customer service experience. Evaluates and identifies trends in sales by analyzing industry data from both within the company and outside which involves collecting and examining data and using the information gathered to create coherent, intelligent reports, then presenting to your team and to management. In this role, you will play an integral part in the success of our business, acting always with a high degree of integrity, efficiency and effectiveness. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Preparation/Experience and Training

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required providing sales support, problem resolution, customer care and process improvement.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar role.
• Experience interacting with SAP helpful.
• Experience preparing analytical reports preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing helpful. Skills and Abilities
  • Knowledge of customer service procedures and principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skill with proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good decision making, planning, analysis and problem solving skills with ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in a variety of software programs is required, including e-mail management and MS Office (Advanced skill in MS Excel required, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables).
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently. Independent Judgment and Consequence of Errors Independent judgment is required. Some direct guidance is received from supervision and/or from established procedures and instructions. The consequence of errors is significant in cost of time, customer service, product appearance and customer/consumer relations. Contact with Others
    • Daily contact with customers and sales team regarding orders and delivery status, etc.
    • Contact with other employees in Office, Sales, IT, Shipping & Transportation as required for customer support and/or to work on special projects Work of Others Not responsible for the work of others.
