so, we need you to support cybersecurity validation and network
system setup for the US Navy as part of the PC-based
Open-architecture Reconfigurable Training Systems (PORTS) program.
This position is located in Middletown, RI.You will use your
experience in employing the Dept. of Defense's (DOD's)
Cybersecurity Toolkit, specifically the Assured Compliance
Assessment Solution (ACAS) and Security Content Automation Protocol
(SCAP) tools, documentation of the results of Certification and
Accreditation activities and work as part of the PORTS team on
technical or coordination activities. You will also be responsible
to prepare the system Security Plans and updates to the Plan of
Actions and Milestones (POA&M). Assist with the configuration
of PORTS training systems in a Cybersecurity hardened environment
in preparation for successful government acceptance. Tasking will
also include the development of system setup procedures to build
PORTS from a "cold-iron" status to a fully operational system.Basic
Qualifications:1. BS degree in CS/CE/EE or other related
engineering sciences discipline and 2 years or High School Diploma
/ Equivalent with 6 years exp may be considered in lieu of the
degree requirement.2. Secret clearance3. Security certification to
support Information Assurance Technician Level I or II validation
(i.e., CompTIA A+ (CE), Network+(CE), Security+(CE), or SSCP.4.
DOD's Cybersecurity Toolkit5. Familiar with Microsoft System
Administration and STIG 6. Configure and integrate new software
products into an established baseline.Preferred Qualifications:1.
Experience with software configuration2. Experience with basic
administration and maintenance of Linux, preferably Red Hat
Enterprise Linux.3. Experience working with system backup and
restore capabilities and understanding the requirements and
obstacles to maintaining a backup/restore plan across disparate
system configurations.4. Active Secret Clearance.Salary Range:
$81,000 USD - $121,600 USDEmployees may be eligible for a
discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are
designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow
employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President
or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In
