The Systems Support Analyst is focused on the support of Corporate
Technologies that enables end users to function efficiently in
their role. Ideal candidates are positive, happy people that have a

About the Team
The Enabling Technology Department provides the first level of
technology support to all its employees, upon request. Managed by
the VP, Enabling Technology, the ETS department's primary functions
include corporate technology support for Enterprise Applications
including email, phone systems, LANs and WLANs, MPLS, ISP Circuits,
laptops (hardware & Software).
Responsibilities
---Manage ticketing system to prioritize incoming service desk
requests related to issues with hardware/software, employee
technology requests, etc...
---Walk users through the problem-solving process
---Deploy new hardware via an imaging process
---Support end user logins to Citrix Xendesktop
---Support end user company assets, including Windows/Mac laptops,
mobile phones, iPads, etc...
---Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
---Escalate requests to appropriate team member, manager or third
party if the request cannot be resolved directly, and follow
through on timely resolution
---Assist Solidifi staff and clients with day-to-day technical
requests
---Perform remote troubleshooting with end users in other corporate
offices or theirremote offices using TeamViewer
---Administrate Active Directory for end user logins and security
groups
Skills and Expertise
---Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or certifications in
related field preferred
---Minimum 3 years of technical experience in a working
environment
---Must be proficient in Microsoft. (Windows 7 & 10, Office 2016,
O365)
---Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational
skills
