Job Description:

The HRIS Analyst will support HR system implementations, upgrades, testing and other technical projects for assigned Workday modules, benefits, payroll, absence, time tracking, and compensation. The role will partner with Lead HRIS Analyst to serve as a technical point-of-contact and assist HR subject matter experts, business leaders, and IT with ensuring data integrity, efficient use of the system, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. The HRIS Analyst will provide second level end user support for more technical cases requiring assistance.Key Responsibilities/Duties

  • Work with assigned HR teams to support the system processes for annual cycles (annual benefits enrollment, compensation, talent enablement, etc.)
  • Support bi-annual release cycles including regression testing, documentation, and implementation.
  • Support projects to launch new modules and functionality including scope documentation, design, UAT testing, and implementation
  • Support integration management, understand current integrations, support new integration development and validate requirements
  • Develop user procedures, guidelines, and training materials published within the Workday Help Center. Train HR subject matter experts on functionality and use of Workday as required
  • Provide second level end user support for HRIS support cases when escalated from HRIS SpecialistQUALIFICATIONSEducation/Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in HR functional area, preferably HRIS.
    • 3-5 years' experience working in HR functional area, preferably HRIS. Previous experience with project related activities, system implementation and process automation experience. Workday experience preferred.
    • Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including workflows.Skills/Abilities:
      • Basic understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with database tools.
      • Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
      • Proficient analytical skills with an emphasis on attention to detail and a thoroughness in completing the work
      • Strong problem-solving ability
      • Works well independently and as a team member
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and outstanding organizational skills
      • Ability to multitask under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
      • A positive attitude, can-do mindset, and a desire to constantly improve and iterate
