Overview:We are seeking a Senior Sales Commissions Analyst to join our growing team!Position OverviewGENERAL FUNCTION: Provides support to the sales team with sales compensation administration, design, reporting and analytics.Responsibilities & Qualifications:A Day in the LifeDesign the compensation model to effectively and accurately calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual paymentsOwn the sales incentive process, be able to identify issues before they become a problemComplete the monthly commissions accruals for the finance team, forecast expected costs vs budgetEffectively communicate and explain all sales plans and calculations to sales managersProvide analytical support to the field sales management team as needed related to compensation plansResearch best practices in the industry and model selling programs and contests to drive excitement and performanceWe are looking for someone who bringsTypically requires 3 to 5 years of business analysis, finance/accounting, or sales operation experienceCollege degree required. Finance or Accounting PreferredAdvanced skills in complex spreadsheets and applications such as Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.Critical thinking skills are a requirement along with being able to explain compensation plans, and calculations back to sales teamDemonstrate ability to learn and understand various computer systemsExperience with commission analysis tools, preferredExperience using and pulling reports from Salesforce entriesStrong analytical skills and result orientationEffective communication, both verbally and in writing, sharing information and knowledge, engages in crucial conversations with a sense of urgency.Comfortable with working and collaborating with all levelsProven ability to stay very organized, work with other colleagues in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative, positive mindset with a can-do attitude, and takes ownershipDetail oriented and devoted to high level of accuracyTotal Rewards:AccommodationsCommunity Brands welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
