Job Description:

The Scheduling and Logistics Administrator is responsible for creating and maintaining the service schedule for the entire SHM NEB Service Team. This will require constant communication with the Project Developers, Project Managers, and Department Managers to ensure the service schedule is being maintained properly. Work orders in progress will be reviewed routinely to confirm whether labor is staying on schedule. This role is a critical component to ensure the long term success of SHM NEB. The Scheduling and Logistics Administrator will also work with the management team to develop Key Performance Indicators to be published and monitored for each project. Responsibilities and requirements include but may not be limited to the items listed below. This position reports directly to the Project Development Director.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Service Manager, Service Team, and customers
  • Create and manage service schedule
  • Regular communication with service management ensuring service schedule is correct
  • Provide status report updates for all projects
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators
  • Continuously meets ongoing company goals
  • Available to work overtime when required to meet deadlines
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager
    Technical and Physical Requirements
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Prior marina experience preferred
    • ABYC and/or manufacturer certifications preferred
    • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
    • Ability to lift 20 pounds
