Job Description:
Position: Senior SharePoint Developer (Needham,
Massachusetts) Duties: Develop, deploy, and support customized intranet, and
public facing extranet SharePoint sites, using Microsoft Office SharePoint
Server 2010/2013 and other technologies such as SharePoint Services,
SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Microsoft Visual Studio, MS SQL Server and
Nintex. Support the business to resolve any issues related to SharePoint
and its applications. Gather and define business requirements by
interviewing process owners and other stakeholders. Create comprehensive
technical design specifications and develop complex SharePoint
applications. Set up and configure multi-tiered medium/large SharePoint farms.
Perform daily administration tasks within the SharePoint farm. Support legacy
.net custom applications, with specific focus on a forecasting tool
used in the UK Office. Provide on time delivery of high-quality services to
the business. Communicate complex information effectively to
SharePoint team and to the business. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Mathematics, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent)
plus four years' experience utilizing the following languages and tools:
SharePoint Services, SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL
Server 2008/2012/2014 and SQL Reporting Services, SharePoint 2010/2013
(including SharePoint Designer 2010/2013), and .NET based language (C# or
VB.Net). Specific skills/other requirements (quantitative experience
requirements not applicable to this section) – must have Demonstrated
expertise (DE) in the design, implementation, and deployment of user-centric
applications, w with focus on usability and automation; DE working with InfoPath
Form 2 2010/2013 with .NET code, Nintex, and Powershell; DE developing
and m maintaining production applications, for Engineering, Quality
and Supply P Planning; DE working with networking, authentication, database
t technologies, pertaining to SharePoint topology; and DE applying
security s standards and techniques for SharePoint web applications. Submit
