Job Description:
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (PRN) for home risk
assessments, welcoming new grads.
Conduct up to 1-hour visits evaluating health, medical history,
medications, social factors, and risks to improve care and identify
undiagnosed conditions.
Collaborate with healthcare teams, provide patient education, and
document assessments per guidelines.
Visit patients in homes, skilled facilities, or via telehealth in
Mount Sterling, KY, with flexible scheduling including days,
evenings, and weekends.
Earn $1,800-----"$9,000/month based on assessment volume.
Require Master--------s degree or equivalent, current RN/NP
licensure, certification, and at least 1 year NP experience.
Must have travel ability, valid driver--------s license, and auto
insurance.
Benefits include mileage reimbursement and 401(k); benefits are
limited for PRN roles.
