Job Description:

The Intercompany Customer Service Representative plays a key role supporting our related company customers, coordinating a variety of tasks related to spare and replacement parts order management. In this position, you will be interacting directly with Dematic international colleagues handling quotes, orders, research requests, and order management with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness to provide positive customer support.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do In This Role

* Process daily spare part orders and quote requests that come in via email and phone (most requests are email). Orders are entered into the SAP ERP system

* Provide answers to complex spare parts research inquiries working with engineering team, purchasing team, drawings, bill of materials, and other resources

* Provide strong customer follow-up and expectation setting to support the customer

* Handle expedited requests by collaborating with purchasing and manufacturing teams

* Utilize Salesforce CRM system for warranty requests and obtaining quotes as needed

* Provide back up to warranty process as needed

What We are Looking For

* High school diploma; college degree preferred

* A minimum of 2 years customer service experience

* Excellent written and verbal communication skill required

* Keyboard accuracy, ability to correctly enter part numbers and quantities

* Strong working experience with common software including MS Office especially Excel and Microsoft TEAMS

* Working experience in parts and service business with direct customer contact is preferred

* Working experience with SAP is preferred

* Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM is preferred
