Whether by road or rail, ocean or air, Tive is the most innovative and accurate way for companies to track their cargo.As Tive's Salesforce administrator (SA), you will be responsible for enabling key departments to drive functionality and efficiencies. The SA is an integral part of the operations team, responsible for building solutions that support business requirements and processes. This role ensures that software applications meet team needs and keeps pace with changes in operations, policies and/or procedures. The SA participates in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM and sales operations.Our ideal candidate will have:5-8 years of combined experience in Enablement and 2+ years working with salesforce.ComInsight into sales cycles, customer Life Cycles and essential selling skills/ In-depth understanding of sales processes and challenges commonly faced in the Mid-Market/Enterprise sales cycle.A working knowledge of leading Sales Methodology (Force, MEDDPICC, Sandler, Challenger)In depth knowledge of Salesforce products, their functionalities and the Salesforce.Com CRM as well as proven abilities in importing sales data and generating Salesforce reportsExceptional organizational, coordination, planning and project/program management skillsStrong writing abilities to present project updates to executive teamsSelf-direction and resourcefulness skillsStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsThe ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user supportA proven track record working independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projectsWhat you'll be doing:Managing Salesforce data integrityManaging analytics within SFDC and EinsteinSupporting, training and enabling sales and the ordering process in the Salesforce environmentAssisting with SFDC sandbox refreshesWorking independently and collaboratively within the business operations team and with other departmentsPromoting, training, organizing and supporting Salesforce utilization and enablement at TiveOther tasks related to Salesforce and team requirements as neededNeed to know info:We are seeking candidates located in or near Dublin Ireland or in or near BostonWe celebrate diversity and consider it key to our success as a team and a company.
