To perform custodial work as assigned and required to clean and
maintain the buildings and facilities of the University. To provide
labor and skills necessary to operate machines and use materials to
perform general University custodial work as required and assigned
Clean and service rest rooms, smoking urns and ash trays.
Mop, sweep, scrub floors and other surfaces, maintain and renew
floor surface finishes, vacuum and shampoo rugs.
Dust and wax furniture, exhibit cases, fixtures, windows, doors,
trim and related furnishings.
Wash windows, glass doors, and interior glasses, including
partitions, frames, pictures, etc.
Debris and Snow Removal
Collect any debris in and around buildings and place in
