DUTIES: Performs distribution and a variety of sales and customer support services for products. Maintains pleasant and effectivepublic relations with customers and others requiring a general familiarity with postal laws, regulations, and procedurescommonly used .

EXAMINATION REQUIREMENTS: This is a competitive hiring process and all applicants are required to complete one or multiple virtual assessments, or pass a proctored hiring exam at a local testing facility. Certain agencies, but not all may require applicants to cover the cost of their examination online or at the testing facility .

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must be physically able to efficiently perform the duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Duties require arduous exertion involving prolonged standing, walking, bending and reaching, and may include handling heavy containers of mail weighing up to the allowable maximum mailing weight.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: All applicants must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening to meet the minimum requirement to be drug-free. Applicants must also be U.S. citizens or hold a a minimum five year permanent resident green card.
