Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and
packaging industry, is seeking a dedicated Packaging Technician II
to join their team. As a Packaging Technician II, you will be part
of the production support team, ensuring smooth and efficient
operation of packaging machinery. The ideal candidate will
demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a
proactive approach, which will align successfully within the
organization. Job Title: Packaging Technician II - 2nd Shift
Location: Fall River, MA Pay Rate: $18.50/hr $2 shift diff Shift:
6:00PM - 4:00AM What's the Job? Troubleshooting and resolving
mechanical issues on packaging machines Unjamming equipment to keep
production lines running smoothly Performing basic repairs and
adjustments to machinery Supporting preventative maintenance
activities Monitoring automated packaging equipment to prevent
downtime What's Needed? Experience operating conveyor and automated
packaging lines Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with machinery
maintenance Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively
Comfortable working in a cold environment (30–35 degrees) Attention
