Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in the medical device
manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join
their team. As an Assembler, you will be an integral part of the
manufacturing process supporting the production of high-quality
medical devices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to
detail, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills, which
will align successfully within the organization. Job Title:
Assembler Location: Westford, MA Payrate: $21.00 Shift: 3:30 PM to
2:00 AM, Monday through Thursday What's the Job? Perform assembly,
repair, and testing operations on pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and
related medical device assemblies. Follow standardized procedures
to ensure the production of high-quality products. Maintain
accurate documentation for cell operations and functions.
Communicate effectively with manufacturing management regarding
ideas, problems, and solutions. Participate in continuous
improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and quality
metrics. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures and
verbal instructions. Basic understanding of electronic data
collection systems and computer software. Ability to prioritize
tasks and handle small components and parts safely. Strong
decision-making skills with minimal supervision. What's in it for
