Job Description:
As a Hazmat CDL Route Driver at Clean Harbors, you will play a
vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of
hazardous materials, protecting both the environment and public
health. This position demands adherence to strict safety and
compliance standards to maintain our commitment to sustainability
and environmental stewardship. Join our dedicated team and

world. Safely transport hazardous materials between various
locations adhering to all federal, state, and local regulations and
company policies. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
on vehicles to ensure safe operating conditions. Report any issues
or incidents immediately to management in compliance with hazardous
waste policies and procedures. Maintain detailed logs of route
information, transported materials, and incident reports in
accordance with regulatory requirements. Participate in regular
training sessions on safety and emergency response. Collaborate
with dispatch and scheduling teams to manage routes efficiently and
meet service demands. Strong driving skills and knowledge of safe
driving practices. Familiarity with DOT regulations and hazardous
waste handling. Ability to maintain accurate logs and records.
Effective communication and read map skills. Problem-solving
abilities and attention to detail. Medical Insurance Dental

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Hazmat and Tanker
endorsements. Clean driving record. DOT Medical Card.
