The dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating freight from the base location and securing return loads to maintain consistent utilization. What You’ll Do Schedule and dispatch drivers for daily freight assignments Manage freight from the South Hampton terminal and secure backhauls for efficient operations Coordinate daily activity for dedicated accounts operating from this facility Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure schedules are met Track shipments, monitor performance, and maintain accurate dispatch records What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of truck dispatch experience 2 years of truck dispatch experience ( flatbed or heavy haul a plus ) Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Must work onsite at our South Hampton, NH terminal What We Offer $65,000 annual salary Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, and prescription 401(k) with company contribution Paid vacation and holidays Monday–Friday schedule with a stable, established carrier Apply today to join Trans American Trucking Service.
