Job Description:

solutions, as our new Shipping Receiving Specialist. In this role,
you will be a crucial part of our warehouse operations, ensuring
our innovative packaging solutions are accurately received,
documented, and dispatched. Your role helps uphold our commitment
to product safety and client satisfaction, managing the flow of
goods with precision and efficiency. Receive shipments and verify
both quantity and quality against purchase orders Coordinate the
dispatch of goods for all outgoing shipments, ensuring timely
delivery Maintain up-to-date inventory records, including entries
in our warehouse management system (WMS) Prepare shipping
documents, such as invoices, bills of lading, and shipping orders
Collaborate with the procurement and production departments to
optimize inventory control processes Conduct regular stock checks
and report any discrepancies to management Ensure packaging is
secure and shipments are prepared according to company and industry
standards Adhere to safety protocols and standards within the
warehouse environment Proficiency in warehouse management systems
(WMS) and databases Strong organizational skills with the ability
to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Ability to operate forklifts and other
warehouse machinery Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving
skills Forklift Operation Certification Certified in Logistics,
Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) preferred
