Job Description:
Fidelity Investments seeks a seasoned Principal Full Stack
Engineer to lead and drive the development of innovative financial
platforms and products. Situated in our IT & Data Management
department, this role combines deep technical expertise with a keen
understanding of our business goals to deliver robust, secure, and
scalable solutions. As a leader within our engineering teams, you
will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology strategies and
ensuring our platforms are equipped to meet the dynamic needs of
our global customer base. Lead cross-functional teams to design,
develop, and deploy full stack solutions. Architect scalable and
maintainable web applications and services. Collaborate with
business units to align technology solutions with business
strategies. Lead the adoption of best practices in coding, testing,
and deployment. Provide mentorship to junior developers and promote
a culture of technical excellence. Ensure compliance with industry
and security standards. Expertise in JavaScript frameworks
(Angular, React) Proficiency with server-side languages (Java,
Python, Ruby) Experience with database management and data
architecture Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure)
Solid grasp of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Medical
