Job Description:

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a premier provider of various security services, is seeking a dedicated and vigilant SOC Operator for our overnight shift. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our client's properties through active monitoring, rapid response, and precise communication. As a SOC Operator, you will be stationed in our state-of-the-art Security Operations Center, equipped with advanced surveillance technology to monitor, report, and manage security incidents. Monitor multiple security alarms and CCTV feeds for signs of distress or intrusion. Record detailed logs of observed activities and manage incident report documentation accurately. Communicate effectively with law enforcement, emergency responders, and management regarding security threats and issues. Operate and ensure proper functioning of all SOC equipment and software, including alarm systems, surveillance cameras, and communication tools. Conduct regular systems checks and report any malfunctions for immediate resolution. Provide timely response to alarms and security breaches, and follow prescribed protocols to handle various types of incidents.
