We're hiring a senior developer to join a product-driven tech team focused on high-performance Windows desktop applications. Our tools support cutting-edge work in home automation and IoT, powering physical devices used around the world. This role is 100% hands-on, solving real engineering problems - not wrangling endless meetings or vaporware.

This is not a consulting gig. Not a 200-person IT department. And absolutely not open to sponsorship.



What You'll Be Doing:

- Building and optimizing complex WPF desktop applications using C#/.NET

- Working closely with product and hardware teams to translate user needs into elegant software

- Owning features from concept through delivery - architecture, development, testing, and release

- Diagnosing tough bugs, performance issues, and threading challenges in production

- Helping shape technical direction while mentoring less experienced engineers (when appropriate)



What You Bring:

- 5-10 years of professional experience building Windows desktop software in C#/.NET and WPF

- Deep understanding of Windows UI, application lifecycle, multithreading, and debugging

- You've shipped real products, not just prototypes or proof-of-concepts

- Clear, effective communicator - both in person and in code

- A track record of growing within 1-2 core employers, not a revolving door of short-term contracts

- U.S. citizen or green card holder - no H1B, OPT, or CPT now or in the future



Not a Fit If You're:

- Coming from consulting (Deloitte, TCS, Cognizant, etc.) or large-scale IT orgs (Bank of America, State Street, CVS, etc.)

- Focused on mobile, web, or back-end systems - this is desktop-first

- Looking for remote work or visa sponsorship
