Job Description:
Job DescriptionSpecific Responsibilities:Organizes and maintains
HR files.Handles employee and applicant inquiriesPerforms functions
that assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staffWorks
with the HR team to ensure that all personnel files are complete
and in compliance with state licensing standards, with standards of
the Joint Commission, and other relevant oversight bodies.Responds
to various surveys associated with HR statisticsOther duties as
required.Experience and SkillsQualificationsStrong organizational
skills - with attention to detailExperience with best practices
around office and administrative proceduresMaturityGood judgment
and common senseDemonstrated ability to function with
professionalism, tact, and a high degree of discretionJob
