At Sodexo, a global leader in food and facilities management, we are seeking a dedicated Client Executive in the Healthcare Food Services division. This role is pivotal in delivering superior food service experiences that align with client expectations in a healthcare environment, enhancing both efficiency and well-being of patients and staff. The Client Executive will manage client relationships, oversee project implementation, and ensure that service delivery meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, understanding and anticipating their service needs. Oversee the daily operations of food services within healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Coordinate with chefs and dietary specialists to develop menus that meet nutritional standards and client preferences. Implement strategies to maintain or reduce costs while enhancing service quality. Monitor customer satisfaction and make necessary adjustments. Prepare regular reports on performance metrics, client feedback, and service improvements. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and understand financial reports. Experience in healthcare food service management. Solid knowledge of dietary needs and regulations in a healthcare setting.
