As a Shift Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining the operational success of our stores, ensuring that each guest experiences our high standard of hospitality and quality. This role involves managing staff, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for both customers and team members. Our ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a passion for coffee and community building. Supervise daily store operations and ensure compliance with company standards. Manage and schedule staff effectively to maintain optimal service levels during all shifts. Train new team members on Starbucks' procedures and customer service protocols. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Resolve customer issues and ensure a satisfactory dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all areas of the store. Promote a team-oriented environment that encourages both personal and professional growth. Strong leadership and organizational skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends Knowledge of food and beverage management Experience in customer service and conflict resolution Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Food Safety Manager Certification preferred Barista Training Certification is a plus First Aid and CPR certifications appreciated
