Job Description: Sous Chef A Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and execution of all menu items, managing the kitchen staff, and ensuring that food quality and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have excellent culinary skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
