Job Description: Sous Chef A Sous Chef is responsible for
assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and execution of all
menu items, managing the kitchen staff, and ensuring that food
quality and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have
excellent culinary skills, strong leadership abilities, and a
passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities: - Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and
recipe development - Oversee kitchen staff and ensure proper food
handling and sanitation procedures are followed - Manage inventory
and ordering of kitchen supplies and ingredients - Train and mentor
kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety procedures -
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen environment -
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to work
in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities -
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Why work at
