Privacy Policy Close Get Job Alerts Share Job Share Job Job Description Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Needed for Fall River PHP Program (Children & Adults) Arbour Counseling Services in Fall River is now seeking Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP or PCNS) to provide PHP, mental health and substance abuse medication management to children and adults. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our team! Applicants must have an APRN or CNS license and experience in assessment and treatment of dual diagnosis individuals who need emotional, psychological, and behavioral support. Applicants must be a team-player, possess excellent time management skills, and have strong written and oral communication skills. Arbour Counseling Services provides a supportive clinical environment that values a work/life balance for our employees. We have a part-time position available. Working hours are flexible and we have administrative staff to provide all billing services Job Requirements Experience: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner: 1 year (Preferred) License: Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Required) As a clinical nurse specialist in psychiatric and mental health nursing with APRN-BC designation in one of the following areas: 1. Clinical Specialist in Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing; 2. Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner; or 3. Family Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner 4. Verification of supervision between supervising psychiatrist and APRNs as required by Massachusetts law 5. PNMHCSs who are licensed to prescribe medication must submit current certification and evidence of authorization from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing and a completed and accepted Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration application and a Federal DEA Certificate Competitive salary offered.
