The rate of pay starts at 9 cents per line (65-character line, including template), with annual increases of 1/2 cent per line, up to a maximum of 11 cents per line. Pay cycles are twice monthly with payment by direct deposit. Looking for someone that can transcribe a BARE MINIMUM of six hours a day, five days a week. You set your days/hours of work but all work will have a deadline ranging from two to eight hours during your specified work schedule. Candidates must have OUTSTANDING grammar, punctuation, and proofing skills. If you have average skills, this job is not for you. Must have exceptional skills for creating complicated tables and use of MS Words higher-level formatting functions. Equipment required includes high-speed internet, USB foot pedal, MS Word 2007 or later, a program capable of playing .dss voice files (like Express Scribe), and an intimate knowledge of MS Word.
