Active Massachusetts PT license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of total PT experience in other settings post-clinicals. (Preferred: demonstrated ortho, geriatric, or athletic population experience.) Experience with electronic medical records. Raintree experience preferred. Willingness to work evening hours at least 2 evenings per week (clinic may operate until 7:00 PM). Completion of three HealthStream modules prior to assignment start is required. Agency will be reimbursed upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked. Assignment Details Primary Specialty: Physical Therapist. Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. City, State: Walpole, MA. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800-1630. Work Days: Monday through Friday. Typical Schedule Options: 5x8, 4x9 4, or 4x10s. Must be open to two evenings per week. Patient Volume Expectation: 55–63 patients per week; treatments typically scheduled 2 per hour, evaluations 1 hour. EMR: Raintree. Contract Duration: 13- to 26-week assignments; flexible start date. Must be open to covering outpatient caseload across clinic patient populations from pediatric to geriatric and orthopedics.
