respiratory care in both facility-based and home-based settings
across our network, spanning 42 states. Our Respiratory Therapists

patient-centered care. You will assess, treat, and care for
patients with breathing or other cardiopulmonary disorders,
practicing under the direction of a physician. With Encompass

patient condition by performing physical examinations and obtaining
histories. Formulate treatment plans and conduct respiratory
therapy interventions. Educate patients and families about health
conditions and maintenance. Operate and maintain respiratory
equipment for patient care. Collaborate with healthcare teams to
improve patient outcomes. Proficiency in various types of
respiratory care equipment Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work
independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented and capable in
handling emergency situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Current state license as a Respiratory
Therapist Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered
