to work in? Join us at the Northeast Arc. We are currently looking
for new and experienced Behavior Therapists to work in 1 or more of
our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. We provide services
in a variety of locations throughout Eastern Massachusetts and
offer services to individuals ranging from 15 months to 22 years.
Northeast Arc?s ABA Services Our ABA services provide a continuum
of consistent evidence-based direct care and services for children,
teens, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Individualized treatment programs are developed by a
Board-Certified Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LABA) based on
assessments, consultation, and person-centered plans, in order to
meet the needs of the individual served. Our Behavior Therapists
work in a team atmosphere alongside BCBAs, Early Intervention
staff, families and caregivers. Our programs facilitate
interactions through Natural Environment Training and capitalize on
organic opportunities for engagement with our kids using an
evidence-based approach. Service Area: Burlington and surrounding
towns; Wilmington, North Reading, Reading, Woburn, Lexington,
Waltham, Winchester, Arlington, Belmont, Watertown, Cambridge,
Malden, Somerville Job Type: Full time or part time, onsite in
home, community, or center Pay: $23-26 Behavior Therapists will:
Provide home, community, clinic based support to individuals 15
months to 20 years old Teach goals and skills outlined in the
treatment plans and implement behavior strategies developed by the
BCBA (clinical supervisor) Attend and contribute to clinical and
non-clinical meetings, trainings, and individual supervisions.
Complete required sessions notes and data and any additional
non-clinical paperwork Insure the health, safety, and well-being of
clients. Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in
psychology, early childhood education, or a related field required
Registered Behavior Certification may substitute education
requirement Must have strong written and verbal communication,
interpersonal and problem-solving skills, along with excellent
organizational skills and flexibility. Ability to work well
independently and as part of a team. Reliable, able to maintain
confidentiality, and high degree of professionalism Valid Driver?s
license and own personal vehicle Why would Northeast Arc be a good
