Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care in a 4-room OR suite covering diverse specialties including robotics, orthopedics, ENT, gynecology, general surgery, bariatrics, podiatry, and spine procedures Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including 5 RNs and surgical techs to maintain efficient, safe surgical workflows Participate in day shift coverage and be available for night on-call rotation in support of unit needs Adhere to hospital protocols including scrub attire (grey scrubs provided and laundered by the hospital) and Joint Commission standards Contribute to maintaining unit distinction through skillful, patient-focused care Qualifications: Minimum 2 years hospital OR experience, preferably with recent practice in operative nursing Active NH state RN license at time of application BLS certification required; CNOR certification strongly preferred Experience with scrub procedures and robotic surgeries is a plus Strong communication, flexibility, and a positive attitude essential Schedule: Day Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Night On-Call Rotation: MondayFriday, 3:30 PM 7:00 AM Weekend coverage approximately every 56 weeks Take advantage of this rewarding travel RN assignment to enhance your surgical nursing skills while living in a vibrant New England locale.
