Job Description Psychiatrist needed to join a top-tier
behavioral health team near Boston and NYC and earn a competitive

Provide inpatient adult Psychiatric care including evaluations,
psychotherapy, and pharmacotherapy. Collaborate within a
multidisciplinary treatment team; may serve as clinical team
leader. Supervise select non-physician clinicians. Complete timely
documentation of assessments, interventions, and discharge
summaries. Adhere to safe, evidence-based prescribing practices
with proper informed consent. Monitor and address risk-management
issues; act as a resource to other clinicians. Communicate
effectively with outside providers, primary care physicians,
schools, and families. Participate in medical staff committees and
meetings. Part of a behavioral health network providing 750,000
outpatient visits and 110,000 inpatient days annually. Includes
residency and fellowship programs, research centers, and multiple
