Job Description:
Job Description Key responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and
treat patients (pediatrics to geriatrics) Work under the
supervision and collaboration of a physician Perform history and
physical exams Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
Develop and update treatment plans Prescribe medications and
recommend therapies Perform basic in-office procedures Communicate
abnormal findings to supervising physician Educate patients and
families about conditions and treatment Reassess care plans and
make necessary adjustments Collaborate with the care team for
patient-centered planning Ensure documentation, coding, and billing
accuracy Adhere to patient health and safety regulations
Participate in quality improvement and compliance processes Provide
schedule flexibility and support service excellence May supervise
and teach Family Medicine residents May need active staff
membership at SJHS-SB and/or SJHS-Ply Maintain professional,
mission-aligned conduct at all times Compensation and Benefits:
Starting salary range: $240,000-$260,000 production Student loan
assistance available Relocation assistance provided in accordance
with policy Malpractice paid by corporation, including tail
insurance Health/dental/vision/disability/life insurance/retirement
benefits 27 days off per year; 7 holidays; 5 days and $3,000 for
CME $3,000 per year for professional journals, dues, and
memberships Additional License Requirements COVID vaccination,
Provider will be working with all ages - must have experience
working with pediatrics-geriatrics Mandated Requirements: TRULY
Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in
Family Medicine (preferred) or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED IN
license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED BLS, ACLS (or willing to
obtain) - REQUIRED DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
COVID-vaccination - REQUIRED Provider will be working with all ages
- must have experience working with paediatrics-geriatrics (note
experience with all ages in "Experience" field) - REQUIRED EPIC EMR
knowledge - HIGHLY PREFERRED
