Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions based on clinical need and assessment results. Develop and implement treatment plans that highlight your patients' goals and needs. Maintain timely and accurate records of therapy sessions, interventions, and treatments. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan or coordinate treatment, drawing on social and behavioral health resources as necessary. Stay current with advances in mental health, including methods, techniques, and interventions through ongoing education. Provide crisis intervention as needed. Guide patients through their mental health journey by providing coping strategies and tools. Proficient in various therapeutic modalities and techniques such as CBT, DBT, or psychoanalysis. Strong interpersonal and communication skills suited for therapy and collaboration. Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Medical Insurance Current full professional licensure in Mental Health (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LPC, PsyD/PhD in Clinical Psychology) as required by state. Additional certifications in specific therapeutic techniques could be advantageous.
