Nursing Center at The Briarwood Community is seeking a dedicated
and compassionate Licensed Nurse to join our clinical team. This
full-time position, 11 pm to 7 am, with a pay range of
$32.00–$51.32 per hour , offers the opportunity to provide
exceptional resident care within a supportive, mission-driven
environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care
to residents in accordance with care plans and regulatory
standards. Perform assessments, administer medications, and provide
treatments as ordered. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary
team—CNAs, LPNs, physicians, therapists, and families—to support
resident well-being. Maintain accurate, timely clinical
documentation. Respond promptly and professionally to resident
needs, ensuring safety and comfort. Participate in shift reports,
audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Current
Massachusetts LPN or RN license in good standing. Strong clinical
assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to
work collaboratively with residents, families, and
multidisciplinary team members. Experience in long-term care,
rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred but not required.
