Registered Nurse (RN) | Stepdown Location: Manchester, NH Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,102 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Stepdown RN in Manchester, New Hampshire, 03106! Shift Day Shift – 3×12 hours 07:00–19:30 Every Other Weekend required Unit: ED Holding / Cardiac Intermediate Care Holds (CICU-level patients) Responsibilities Care for cardiac intermediate care patients holding in the ED Monitor & manage cardiac telemetry and dysrhythmias Titrate and manage cardiac/vasoactive drips (Lasix, Heparin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, etc.) Care for patients with chest pain, HF, sepsis, COPD, pneumonia , post?cath, ICD/pacer, etc. Manage respiratory support (BiPAP, CPAP, Vapotherm, HFNC) Perform IV therapy, blood administration, and peripheral line care Work with Rapid Response/Code teams Use Epic charting (preferred) Function within ED workflows while caring for CICU-level inpatients 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing Different healthcare facilities may have varying levels of technological advancements. Requirements Job Requirements & Qualifications Experience 2 years of experience required Must have strong PCU background within the last year ED experience preferred but not required Travel experience not required (first-time travelers okay only with EPIC experience ) Certifications (Required unless marked ) ACLS BLS EKG Test on arrival CPI * (preferred) Patient Ratio Experience with 1:4 ratio Charting System Epic preferred 29309488EXPTEMP
