We provide only the highest quality equipment to our patients along with personalized, unmatched service to our referrals and patients. About the role: Pure Medical is growing! The RT position is an exciting role that will focus directly on the care of our patients. As a RT you would be responsible for the initial instruction of equipment to patient’s and their care teams as well as the ongoing success (coaching) of patients throughout their lifetime as a Pure Medical patient. You will mainly be responsible for the set up and monitoring of CPAP/BIPAP patients. Responsibilities: ? Provide excellent customer service to our patients and referrals ? Set-up & Instruction of: -CPAP -BiPAP ? Ongoing Coaching of patients to ensure they are successful throughout their therapy ? Manage Patient Action Groups (manage patient PAP therapy by exception-High AHI, Leak, Central Events, non-use of therapy, etc.) ? Accurately document each patient encounter, and send necessary updates to referring physicians on status of their patient’s therapies ? Assist in the promotion of Pure Medical products & services ? Maintain supply inventory and report necessary equipment needs ?
