Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success. Monitor and document client progress towards therapy goals. Utilize evidence-based practices in therapy sessions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize client care. Engage with clients and families to provide education and support. Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse client needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in speech therapy. Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies. Experience/Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field. Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
