Our mission is to help patients optimize their health, performance, and aesthetic outcomes through a combination of holistic and medical therapies . We are seeking an ambitious Physician Assistant (PA) who thrives in a multi-modality environment, building meaningful patient relationships while delivering high-quality care across our current and future offices. Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations and consultations Manage Trigger Point Injection (TPI) therapy , with ultrasound guidance as needed Perform Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) consultations and management Oversee weight loss management programs Administer IV hydration therapy Write progress and procedure notes for all patient encounters Conduct patient follow-ups to ensure optimal outcomes Collaborate with providers and staff to enhance the patient experience Qualifications Physician Assistant degree from an accredited program Certified Physician Assistant (required) Active PA license in NY (preferred) ACLS certification DEA license Outgoing, compassionate, and adaptable personality Ability to learn EHR systems (experience preferred: 3 years) Previous experience in Trigger Point Therapy, HRT management, weight loss management preferred, but training is available Aesthetics experience is a plus
