Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Manchester, New Hampshire. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Stepdown - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Shift - Day Shift – 3×12 hours - 07:00–19:30 - Every Other Weekend required - Unit: ED Holding / Cardiac Intermediate Care Holds (CICU-level patients) Responsibilities - Care for cardiac intermediate care patients holding in the ED - Monitor & manage cardiac telemetry and dysrhythmias - Titrate and manage cardiac/vasoactive drips (Lasix, Heparin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, etc.) - Care for patients with chest pain, HF, sepsis, COPD, pneumonia, post?cath, ICD/pacer, etc. - Manage respiratory support (BiPAP, CPAP, Vapotherm, HFNC) - Perform IV therapy, blood administration, and peripheral line care - Work with Rapid Response/Code teams - Use Epic charting (preferred) - Function within ED workflows while caring for CICU-level inpatients Job Requirements & Qualifications/nExperience/n2 years of experience required/nMust have strong PCU background within the last year/nED experience preferred but not required/nTravel experience not required (first-time travelers okay only with EPIC experience)/nCertifications (Required unless marked )/nACLS/nBLS/nEKG Test on arrival/nCPI* (preferred)/nPatient Ratio/nExperience with 1:4 ratio/nCharting System/nEpic preferred About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
