Surgical First Assistant Location: Manchester, NH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,810 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Surgical First Assist Profession: CST/ORT Specialty: First Assist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45-19:15 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: New Hampshire Medical Tech License required for CSFA Certifications: CSFA Must-Have: BLS Description: Hospital setting with a focus on surgical procedures. Unit has a capacity of 330 beds with a patient ratio of 1:1. Staffing includes Surgical First Assist and surgical tech roles. Equipped with two Da Vinci robots and an endovascular suite. Documentation system in use does not require documentation for this position. Scheduling offers options for either 4 ten-hour shifts or 3 twelve-hour shifts. Primary role will be as a First Assist, with the possibility of taking on a scrub tech role as needed. Must assist with a variety of specialties, including Gynecology, Urology, Spine, Orthopedic trauma, breast procedures, C-sections, robotics, and vascular and endovascular procedures. Advanced skills are required for CSFA or CRNFA. Dress code involves wearing scrubs, which are provided on site. Flexible scheduling options are available.
