be considered. A Registered Nurse with expertise in the Operating
Room is needed to provide exceptional perioperative care in a Level
III Trauma OR setting. This contract opportunity involves working
in a complex community hospital environment, providing care to
pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients with a caseload of
approximately 30-40 patients per day. The position requires
rotation through day, evening, and weekend shifts with on-call
responsibilities. Location: This role is located in Quincy, MA, a
vibrant city known for its rich history, coastal views, and strong

it a desirable place to live and work. Responsibilities: - Deliver
perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room, ensuring patient
safety and adherence to aseptic techniques. - Circulate
independently across multiple surgical specialties with competence
and confidence. - Manage a 1:1 clinician-to-patient ratio,
providing individualized care to patients. - Collaborate
effectively with surgical teams in a fast-paced, 15-bed unit using
the EPIC electronic medical record system. - Participate in
rotating shifts including weekends and evenings, and fulfill
on-call duties as required. Qualifications: - Active Massachusetts
RN License. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. - Minimum 1-2
years of OR nursing experience with demonstrated surgical aseptic
technique. - Comfort working in a multispecialty operating
environment including trauma care. Schedule: - Day shift from 7:00
a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with rotation to 1-2 weekend shifts and 1-2
evening shifts per 4-week schedule. - On-call rotations include 1
holiday call, 2-3 weekday calls, and weekend calls as scheduled.
