A growing federally qualified health center in southeast Massachusetts has an opening for a Primary Care Medical Director. We are a nonprofit multicultural center that has served southeastern Massachusetts for over 40 years, welcoming all patients regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. About the Opportunity: 50% Administrative and 50% Clinical Your choice of 4 or 5 day work week Total outpatient Call is every 6-8 weeks EPIC EMR The Medical Director will oversee a team of 5 Providers Team of 7 Physicians, along with several Advanced Practice Providers Ideal candidates should have an interest in primary care for complex patients On-site behavioral health services $20k signing bonus plus retention bonuses Base salary plus incentives and a full array of benefits Community/Location: Located in a coastal community in southeast Massachusetts 30 miles from Providence and 60 miles to Boston This community has a rich maritime history, a vibrant arts scene, and a strong working-class identity, as well as theaters, museums, and cultural events JV-59
