Job Description In-Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) position
offering $60,000-$70,000, with part-time options available. Provide
compassionate, evidence-based behavioral support to children,
adults, and families in home and community settings. Develop
individualized treatment plans grounded in behavioral principles.
Supervise paraprofessional staff to ensure quality care.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to promote
client success. Maintain compliance with program standards and
